CAMPS


We hold football camps, speed camps, and fitness camps.  


Football Camps: These camps are held to help individuals learn the basic skills and techniques used to play football. Knowledge provided will help the participants learn without having to be under pressure. We are here to teach all participants how to get better and improve the basic fundamentals of

football. This is a pressure free zone.


Speed Camps: Speed training is a little 

intense. We focus on techniques used for track and football. Regardless the sport, we concentrate on learning how to be more explosive and reactive. We teach individuals how to execute from the starting position, turn over speed, and finish strong.


Fitness Camps: We have fun and burn. It is always good to have fun and burn those unwanted calories. We all eat bad and feel guilty about it. Well, the fitness camp focus on helping you get over the guilt and moving on to improving your health. You are sure to feel much better once you complete our fun run. This is not a Boot Camp. The fitness camp will provide you serious training while having fun.

SESSIONS ARE PROVIDED BY OUR 

STAFF MEMBERS TO GIVE YOU the ultimate WORKOUT EXPERIENCE. 


Group Sessions: We provide group

sessions as a means of helping to

motivate others, build a team working environment, create a buddy system, and focus on providing you with a great amount of fitness and 

entertainment all while working out.


Private Sessions: These sessions provide 100% one-on-one training to help you reach your individual goals. One-on-one sessions allow us to totally concentrate on meeting your specific needs. We are able to break down

workouts to focus on your strengths and improve your weaknesses. There is no hassle of being under pressure, but you will be expected to WORK HARDER!

CONTENTS IN CAMPS


Football Camps: We will focus on improving hand, foot, eye, and body coordination. Footwork drills will be the key elements of each drill. We will perform drills for quarterbacks, receivers, defensive backs, offensive and defensive lineman, linebackers, and running backs. No kicker or punter

drills at this time.  

 

Speed Camps: ​We are focusing on your flexibility, range of motion, stride, running form, explosiveness, and your ability to increase speed. The core of speed is more than just running. Be prepared to sweat.    


Fitness Camps: This is not a Boot  Camp. There will be no yelling or intimidating challenges. We will

focus on getting a good burn and challenging you to have fun while  doing it. We understand that 

everyone's body is different and hope you will not be discouraged from becoming fit. We are dedicated to helping you get fit.
